Patanjali dismisses reports suggesting uncertainty of group’s insurance initiative

The Patanjali Group has dismissed recent reports suggesting uncertainty of the group’s recent insurance initiative, terming the media reports speculative.

The Patanjali Group’s spokesman SK Tijarawala, in a statement, said the group affirms that such reports based on unverified sources do not reflect the actual ground reality.

He further said that the group’s application regarding ‘Magma General Insurance Limited’ is currently pending with IRDAI for approval and it remains confident of a positive outcome.

The spokesman has emphasized that the group maintains complete transparency and compliance in all its regulatory engagements and follows due process at every step. He pointed that any material development will be communicated only through official channels, advising stakeholders disregard such unsubstantiated narratives.
